Vanier College Foundation Scholarship for International Students

In a bid to support academic excellence and support students from low income countries, Vanier College Foundation request applicants to apply to Canada scholarship 2025 at Vanier College. Vanier College Foundation is reputed for providing loan, grants and scholarships to ease the burden of studying in Canada. Perhaps, the foundation have assisted thousands of students with established financial needs.

Since it’s incorporation in 1992, Vanier College Foundation have significantly increased financial resources for Vanier College. Importantly, this has been deployed to effectively assisting students with both special need and those who have proven great academic achievement. Coincidentally, the financing of academic achievements have greatly impacted the goal of Vanier College and supporting innovations among students.

WHO CAN APPLY

The Vanier Foundation Scholarship is provided to support international students who have proven academic success. Furthermore, it seeks to foster passion for global skills needed to adapt and make significant impact in ever-changing international community. Students in Africa, Asia and other low economy countries can apply. Preferably, the foundation supports international internship such as

1. Malawi Nursing Exchange,
2. Holocaust and totalitarianism study courses
3. Early Childhood Education Internship in Germany
4. Russian Language Study programme
5. Business Administration Semester abroad in Belgium
6. Environmental and Wildlife Management Internship in Costa Rica
7. Business Administration studies in France.

SCHOLARSHIPS

And of course, the Vanier College Foundation scholarship is provided to recognize students who have excelled academically and who have significantly contributed to student life at Vanier College. The scholarships are granted annually starting from June. These are the available scholarships at Vanier College Foundation for 2025/2026

10. Meg Sircom Memorial Scholarship
11. Naia Tuebide Music Scholarship
12. Louis Costabt Music Scholarship
13. David Johnson Memorial Fund
14. The Gloria Di Murro Creativity Award
15. Cedrick Kunicek
16. Liberio Community Involvement Awards.

Please kindly note that each of the above scholarships has its specific amount it offers students who passes their process.

FINANCIAL AID

Aside the scholarships, the foundation provides textbook loans at the beginning of each semester. Students in need of the loan are required to apply  and the books returned at the end of every semester. It further provides emergency loans such as rent, utility bills and other household expense.

REQUIREMENTS

The following are the requirements for the Vanier College Foundation Scholarships:

1. an applicant must be enrolled full-time in a doctoral program no later than 2026
2. Be nominated by only Canadian institutions
3. Be pursuing the first PHD.
