Soludo reacts over Bianca Ojukwu’s slapping of Obiano’s wife

The newly sweorn in Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, have promised to resolve the misunderstanding between wife of the immortal leader of APGA, Bianca Ojukwu and wife of immediate past governor of Anambra State, Ebelechukwu Obiano.

Bianca Ojukwu, who was allegedly provoked by Obiano’s wife, had slapped the former first lady, during the inauguration of the new governor.

Reacting to the development, which dominated the swearing in ceremony, Soludo’s Media aide, Joe Anatune, in a statement made available to newsmen in Awka, stated the breach was caused by improper communication, which arose from a personal issue between the two parties involved.

According to him, the breach, which disrupted proceedings at the event, happened after Ebelechukwu approached Bianca and uttered some words which led to the hostilities.

“Sadly, the fight took the shine off the main event of the day”the statement read in part.

The Governor said steps were being taken to resolve the feud and restore the parties to previous relationship.

“Anambra State has over the years been known for a huge stock of social harmony, and the stock will increase substantially in the years ahead as part of the concerted effort to accelerate the State’s development” he added.
