Red Brick Homes Formally Denounce Babatunde Gbadamosi as Amen Estate owner

More drama seems to be trailing the collapse of the marriage of former Lagos State governorship aspirant, Babatunde Gbadamosi and his enstranged wife Folasade, over the ownership of Amen Estate.

In a formal reaction that came today the 23rd of February 2022 in a release published on several national dailies and online platforms, the management of Red Brick Homes Limited, the parent company of Amen Estate, have come forward, to react to online publications associated to Mr. Babatunde Gbadamosi, the former husband of Sade Balogun (formerly Gbadamosi), over the ownership of Amen Estate.

Red Brick Homes’ Chairman/CEO, Folasade Balogun, notifed the general public, that their former nominal director, Babatunde Gbadamosi was not the owner of Amen Estates.

They further informed the public, that Babatunde had voluntarily resigned and relinquished all his shares in the company.

In the statement, Folasade stated that her former husband was not forced out of the firm, but had resigned on his own freewill, in the presence of two of his counsel, two of the firm’s counsel and a notary public.

She pointed out that Babatunde was alleging that he signed his resignation under duress, and went further to reveal that the matter was in court with number: No is:FHC/L/CS/742/2021 at the Federal High Court, Lagos before Justice A.O Faji.

Babatunde Gbadamosi in several posts on his social media handle, had denounced Red Brick Homes, warning prospective investors to stay clear of the estate.

PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL INVESTORS AND POTENTIAL INVESTORS

For the avoidance of doubt, once upon a time, Mr Gbadamosi, a full time Politician, used to be a sleeping partner/shareholder without any financial investment and one of the Directors of Redbrick Homes International Ltd, but he has since voluntarily transferred, for consideration, the entirety of his shares in Redbrick Homes Intl Ltd and has also resigned his directorship of its Board since July 1, 2021.

The Board composition, shareholding structure and share capital of Redbrick Homes International Ltd has accordingly changed completely. Folasade Balogun
(formerly Folasade Gbadamosi) remains the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Redbrick Homes Intl Ltd, a position she has served in since the inception of the
company and under her leadership, Redbrick Homes Intl Ltd has continued to deliver quality service to its customers uninterrupted. These facts can easily be verified at
the Corporate Affairs Commission.

However, we are aware that Babatunde is challenging his own voluntary resignation, that was signed in front of two of his counsel, two of our counsel and a notary public, on the grounds that he signed under duress.
