NNPC ANNOUNCES RECRUITMENT EXERCISE FOR 2024

NNPC announces recruitment exercise for 2024. Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, formally state owned have transformed into a limited liability company to run the Nigerian oil sector. As the only licensed company to operate and exploit Nigerian fossil fuel, NNPC partners with foreign companies to maximize its operational capacity. It’s staff capacity is quite big.

Significantly, the recruitment exercise aims to engage the best brains, most intelligent and motivated individuals to drive its growth and engage a more profitable outcome. Specifically, fresh graduates and seasoned professionals are requested to apply. Olufemi Soneye, NNPC spokesperson confirmed this on Friday. He noted that the recruitment would be spread across various positions and departments.

NNPC announces that shortlisted candidates will be contacted to advance on the next stage.

Supervisory Cadre

1. Provide professional and leadership expertise
2. Must achieve NNPC’s business objectives
3. Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence
4. Ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with statutory regulations in the delivery of the Corporation’s business
5. Drive team performance and development
6. Bachelor’s Degree in the First Class/Second Class Upper Division
7. HND (Distinction)
8. Bachelor’s Degree in the Second-Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree
9. HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) with a completed Master’s Degree.

Graduate Trainee

1. Support the implementation of organizational processes
2. Deliver cost-effective business outcomes
3. Support line managers/supervisors to develop and implement strategic work plans across diverse functions
4. Support delivery of project team assignments
5. Applicants must have any of the following minimum qualifications in the under listed disciplines
6. HND (Distinction)
7. Bachelors Degree in the Second Class Lower Division with a completed Masters Degree
8. HND Upper Credit with a completed Masters Degree
9. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university/polytechnic/monotechnic not earlier than 2019
10. They must have completed NYSC.
