Davido, Adeyanju, EndSars Victims, others to be honoured with universities if
Music star David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, Abuja human right advocate Deji Adeyanju along with victims of the EndSars protest amongst others may have their names immortalised, should the dreams of an Imo State born trained engineer of becoming the next president of Nigeria come to pass.
Engr. Emmanuel Nzenwa Ogoke in a video address he published on his Facebook handle, revealed his plans to transform the nation if he is given the chance to lead the country in 2023, after President Muhammadu Buhari steps aside.
Notable in his address was his promise to immortalise EndSars protest victims and advocate by naming universities after them.
He also promised to name a university Soro Soke University, after the slogan of the protest.
Amongst those mentioned in his address to be honoured with universities include, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, human right lawyer Deji Adeyanju, Sound Sultan, DJ Switch, Aisha Yusuf, Debo Adeboye popularly known as Macoroni, Mr Falz, Patoranki, Run Town, Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Tuface, Kanu Nwankwo, Peter Okoye, Banky W amongst others.
He also remembered those who died during the protest, promising to name universities after them.
Engr Ogoke proposed a new national flag for the country, explaining the meaning of his new flag for the country.
Ogoke further mentioned great leaders in the country such as Prof Woke Soyinka, Edwin Clark, Reno Omokri, Chimamanda Adichie, Shiek Nuruk Kalihd amongst others who would be honoured.
Ogoke also promised a national conference where critical issues concerning the country would be addressed, while promising to meet the demands of ASUU.
Ogoke who is yet to reveal the party he would be contesting under, was a governorship candidate in Imo State in 2015 for the New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP.
